innovative customer driven initiative created by PSE&G, New
Jersey's largest utility, to enhance its renowned area
development efforts. In addition to its popular cost-free
services, PSE&G will also provide more comprehensive targeted
real estate support through PSEG SiteFinders LLC and PSEG
Economic Development Services LLC.

New
Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) |
This independent state agency helps
businesses invest in New Jersey. Services include financing,
real estate development, and business consulting. Since 1974
the NJEDA has invested more than $15 billion in start-ups,
relocations, and expansions. The EDA is quick to design
incentives that best match the changing economy. Funding is
available through low-interest bonds, a statewide loan pool
for businesses, loan guarantees, direct loans, export
financing, building and equipment loans, employment grants,
seed capital, technology certification program, technology
transfer and commercialization, community and local economic
development, brownfield programs, downtown beautification, and
entrepreneurial training.

New Jersey Commerce & Economic
Growth Commission |
- Small businesses are a core strength
for New Jersey. The Commission certifies and
assists small, female-owned, and minority-owned businesses by
providing public procurement opportunities, an international
trade program, technology commercialization center, and
special projects.
- Twenty-one small-business development
centers across the state offer counseling, workshops,
seminars, information transfer, site selection, and
business-plan and marketing advice. Regional- and
industry-specific account executives work closely with
individual clients. Counseling
is free of charge and covers a variety of topics, including
funding from the federal Small Business Innovation Research
Program (SBIR-FAST).
